Active accounts
We keep workspace data while the organization account is active so the firm can operate compliance history and documents.
After cancellation
After an organization cancels or requests closure, we may retain data for a limited period for backups, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize it.
Deletion requests
Organization owners may request deletion by emailing nocompliance@nestorobando.com. Signed records may need to be exported by the firm before deletion if the firm must retain them for its own obligations.
